A BIT ABOUT ME...
I spent 11 years in corporate before taking voluntary redundancy TO BUILD my business from scratch.
When the redundancy option came up, I took it as a sign. I've always been a risk taker. I know that staying safe and comfortable doesn't change anything. So I left.
What I discovered in that process is that most people don't have a clarity problem or a strategy problem. They have a fear problem. They have an idea they can't stop thinking about, and something keeps getting in the way of actually doing anything about it.
That's exactly what I work on.
I'm a Creative Director & Coach with a transformational coaching accreditation. I help founders and creatives understand what's actually blocking them, shift the thinking that's been keeping them stuck, and take the kind of action that finally moves things forward.
Sometimes that looks like creative direction i.e., shaping your brand, building your content, helping you show up in a way that's distinctly yours. Sometimes it's coaching i.e., working through the self-doubt, the fear of being seen, the voice that says it's not good enough yet. Usually it's both.

What happens: This is a dedicated coaching relationship, not just a couple of sessions. Over one or three months, you have a space to untangle what's really getting in the way, make sense of the patterns you've been repeating, and build the confidence to start moving. We meet regularly for deep coaching sessions, and between them you have WhatsApp support for the moments you get stuck, overthink, or need someone to reflect things back to you. The work doesn't stop when the call ends.

For you if: You have something on your mind - an idea, a decision, a direction you can't quite articulate - and you need one focused hour to get clear on it. This is the lowest-commitment way to work together and the best place to start if you're not sure what you need yet.
What happens: You fill in a short intake form before we meet so the hour is focused from the start. We get on a call, I ask the questions that cut through the noise, and we work out exactly what you're trying to say and what's been getting in the way.
You’ll leave with: A clearer understanding of what's really been getting in your way, not just the version you've been telling yourself. One meaningful action to take next, a written summary to come back to, and if it feels like the start of something bigger, the option to continue into a coaching package.

For you if: You've got an idea you've been sitting on - maybe for a year, maybe longer - and you're done waiting to feel ready. You don't need another course or more information. You need momentum, accountability, and a few people who actually get it. This is for the version of you who's ready to stop planning and start moving.
What happens: Over one month, a small group of 8 of us move through it together. Two group workshops to get clear on what you're building and what's been stopping you, two 1:1 sessions with me for the work that's yours alone, and WhatsApp support throughout for the days you get stuck or talk yourself out of it. Small enough that everyone has visibility, but intimate enough that it actually drives you.
You’ll leave with: Something real in motion - the idea, business, creative project or career change you've been talking yourself out of for too long. More importantly, you'll leave with evidence that you're someone who follows through. Because once you've proved that to yourself, you stop waiting to feel ready and start trusting yourself to keep going.

For you if: You're a founder or personal brand who's already building - you just want someone genuinely in your corner month to month. Not to manage your socials or hand you a content calendar. To be the person you voice-note when you're stuck, who pushes back when your ideas need sharpening, and who helps you show up in a way that keeps getting more like you.
What happens: Monthly strategy and direction sessions, WhatsApp access when you're blocked or anxious about something, creative input on your content and ideas, and a filming session in person if necessary. The scope is flexible - we work out what you need at the start and adjust as we go.
You’ll leave with: A brand that becomes more recognisable, more distinctive and more like you over time. Consistent creative progress, stronger decisions, and someone in your corner who notices when you're holding back and helps you keep moving anyway.

For you if: You've got something you want to film - a documentary episode, a brand shoot, a series of talking heads - but you've never had the right person to help you make it feel like you. Not overly produced, not generic. Just a proper, considered capture of who you actually are and what you're building.
What happens: We put together a short creative brief and shot list before the day so we arrive with intention, not just a camera. Then four hours of filming in London - I direct, I'm behind the camera, and I make sure you feel comfortable enough to actually be yourself on it. The best footage comes when people forget they're being filmed. That's what we're going for.
You’ll leave with: Thoughtfully captured footage that genuinely feels like you, ready to use across your channels. Whether it's a documentary episode, a brand film or a series of talking-head videos, you'll have content you're genuinely proud to put into the world.
